Ginger agrees to exclusively license its miniature Transdermal alcohol Sensors for use in Helo LX

On April 10, 2017, WRMT entered in to a Exclusive License Agreement with Ginger Inc., a Massachusetts company where Ginger has agreed to incorporate its miniaturized transdermal alcohol sensor (“TAS”) into WRMT’s Helo LX product and give WRMT an exclusive license to use, market, sell and distribute the integrated Helo LX product in the consumer self-monitoring market. In exchange, WRMT has agreed to fund Gingers non-recurring engineering (“NRE”) costs related to the work. In addition, Ginger has agreed to build a mobile software application for WRMT with certain advanced features using TAS and other Helo LX data. For further details,     please click here.
